About me

How one engineer built all this

I'm Alex — 16+ years shipping full-stack software (TypeScript, Node, Vue/Nuxt, Postgres). In 2024 I went all-in on agentic AI and, solo, built an entire AI-run operating system for a real services business: 2 MCP servers, 27 agents, 32 microservices, 2 SaaS products. Not prototypes — production, with monitoring, GDPR and cost control.

Now I build that capability for other teams — fast, hands-on, and without needing to be managed.

My mission

Make agentic AI boringly reliable for real businesses.

Most AI never leaves the demo. My goal is the opposite: software that quietly does the work every day — answering, qualifying, drafting, monitoring — inside guardrails for privacy and cost. Impressive only because it keeps running, not because it looks good in a pitch.

Principles

The principles that guide my work

Production, not prototypes

I ship to production — monitored, GDPR-compliant and cost-controlled. 32 microservices that run every day, not slide decks.

Clarity & handover

I document and hand over. You own the system afterwards — you never need to manage me to keep it running.

Speed, solo

One engineer, end to end — a working prototype in ~2 weeks because there is no hand-off overhead between roles.

GDPR by design

Compliant CRM, data export and AI features built for German companies — privacy is a design input, not an afterthought.

Journey

My journey

  1. 2008

    Started full-stack engineering

Began 16+ years of shipping product and client software across the stack — TypeScript, Node, Vue/Nuxt, Postgres.

  2. 2008–24

    Client & product work

Cyber-insurance calculator for Deutsche Telekom (via CyberDirekt), work for Hubert Burda Media, a ~186-site programmatic lead-gen platform and cross-portal tender aggregation.

  3. 2024

    All-in on agentic AI

Went all-in on LLM systems, MCP and retrieval — moving from building features to building autonomous operations.

  4. 2024→

Built an AI-run company — solo

Designed and shipped an entire AI-run operating system at SEODACH: 2 MCP servers, 27 agents, 32 microservices, 2 SaaS products.

  5. Now
